How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $6.99.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally soon!
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely — we never see or store your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Email info@bohomiami.com with your order number as soon as possible — ideally within a few hours of ordering.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to Florida, as required by law. Orders to other states are not taxed at checkout.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be unworn with tags attached, and return shipping is paid by the customer. See our full Returns & Refunds policy for details.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We’re sorry! Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Products & Sizing
How do your sizes fit?
Most of our boho styles are designed with a relaxed, flowy fit. If you’re between sizes or prefer a more fitted look, we generally recommend sizing down. Questions about a specific piece? Email us — we’re happy to advise.
How should I care for my pieces?
We recommend gentle machine wash cold (or hand wash) and laying flat to dry for most items. Check the care label on your garment for specifics — delicate fabrics like linen and crochet last longest with gentle care.
